Under the theme "One Belt, One Region – A Win-Win Gathering in Hunan", the 2025 Hunan Industrial Transfer Cooperation Conference recently opened in grand fashion in Changsha. Sixteen key industrial transfer projects were signed on-site, shining like brilliant pearls and covering strategic emerging industries such as high-end equipment, electronic information, and aerospace. This marks a breakthrough step for Hunan in its journey to build a modern industrial system.

According to statistics, a total of 543 high-quality projects were collected during the event, with a total intended investment of 448.1 billion yuan, of which over 60% are projects transferred from outside the province. With the upgrade of the Southern and Western Hunan Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone to a national-level strategic platform, Hunan is restructuring its economic landscape with the concept of an “industrial forest.” Representatives of participating enterprises such as Talk2all Communications expressed their intention to deeply integrate into Hunan’s “4×4” modern industrial matrix, achieving win-win development through strengthening and supplementing industrial chains. The Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce revealed that in the second half of the year, it will launch a “champion-based bidding” precise investment promotion strategy, focusing on 22 key industrial chains, mapping out a global investment attraction roadmap, and building new industrial highlands with greater international competitiveness. This cross-regional industrial migration is writing a new chapter of wealth in the new era across the land of Hunan.
