From January 17th to 18th, 2026, the 2nd Cross-border Communications Industry Development Forum, themed "Digital Silk Road, Intelligent Global Connectivity," hosted by Hunan Talk2all, was held in Xiangtan, Hunan Province. This forum, themed "Gathering Industry Strength and Exploring New Development Opportunities," aimed to build a high-level platform for exchange and cooperation. Attendees included Wu Hao, Vice Mayor of Xiangtan Municipal People's Government and Chairman of the Xiangtan Federation of Industry and Commerce; Guo Xiaochun, Deputy Secretary-General of Xiangtan Municipal People's Government; Zhang Chi, Party Secretary and Director of Xiangtan Municipal Data Bureau; Zhou Zhongqiu, Chairman of Yuetang District CPPCC; Tang Junjie, Standing Committee Member of Yuetang District Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor; Chen Hui, Vice Chairman of Yuetang District CPPCC; Yi Gaofeng, Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Xiangtan Branch; Wei Guocheng, General Manager of China Telecom International South China Region; Jamika Taijeron, Director of the Mariana Islands Visitor Authority; and Jung Heon-pyo, General Manager of Hilink Korea, among other domestic and international government and business leaders. Zheng Zhigang, Chairman of Talk2all, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organizers.
In his address, Zheng Zhigang, Chairman of Talk2all, reviewed the company's fruitful achievements over the past year as a Hunan-based enterprise, under the guidance of the national strategy of high-level opening-up. These achievements included strategic partnerships with leading platforms such as Alipay and Tongcheng, leading to a significant reduction in cross-border communication tariffs across multiple regions, as well as the completion of a comprehensive upgrade of its self-developed platform and innovative eSIM integrated technology.
