On the afternoon of May 12, 2025, Zeng Zhijun, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Xiangtan Municipal People's Congress, as well as Secretary of the Yuetang District Party Committee, visited Baota Subdistrict to carry out the "Listen, Ask, Think, and Promote" initiative through the "Three Listens and Three Asks" activity.
